這首單曲是Zedd今年第一個作品。

而女主唱Jasmine Thompson是19歲的年輕女歌手，

MV詮釋的也是她的真實經歷（熱騰騰的MV在文末），

在訪談中她也透露這首歌在還未經過Zedd編製前，

是一首以鋼琴為伴奏的抒情歌並且充滿悲傷的情緒；

在Zedd重新編製以後整首歌變得有活力，

像是進行了一場完美的復仇一樣。

而Jasmine也說道：

很多人（渣男）在分手後都會跑回來求復合，

希望能再給他們一次機會，

並且比以前更關心、想念你。

而"Funny"，就是對他們最佳的回覆。
